Tip : come at around 11pm for -50% discounted sandwiches and salads. Nice store with many options for quick travel lunch/dinner. Many automatic cashier for fast purchase. Wooden spoons and forks available for free at the exit. The staff was nice and friendly.

I go to this pick my lunch on meal deal before 7*30 last two weeks they are closed at 7am ish with security at the door stating they don't open until 9AM. All because they cleaning the floor could they do this after the place is shut. Hiw does it take 2-3 hrs to clean a floor, the lose trade before 9am must be huge.

Bakery has amazing fresh breads, the croissant was amazing, crisp and buttery soft, staff is polite and helpful, and they also have a great selection for people staying in local accommodation, I usually go early mornings to buy breakfast food and everything is perfectly tidy and fully stocked

Not sure if this is in all Marks, but the meal deal seems disguised so what we thought was meal deal was not but the sandwiches were all together in the fridge. I felt it was bit sneaky The actual food nice clean store considering how busy it was.

The team seems to not know what there doing especially the security man and the Female older brunch manager with grey hair. Poor customer service

Snacks and drinks are quite expensive on the trains. This store is a great place for stocking up before you start on your journey. Bakery items are pretty fresh. Vast sandwich selection , also check out the salads

Its a Friday and M&S are supposed to be open at 7am and they're closed. Called the store and the woman said they open at 8am. Lie!!! You only open at 8am on a Sunday. I've been traveling from St Pancras for years!! Staff being paid an hour to stay closed. Disgusting!
